This year’s World Cup stage in the cold waters of the Baltic Sea promises to be truly memorable. In 2026, Gdynia celebrates it’s 100th anniversary, with World Cup Gdynia set as the opening event. Explore Poland, stroke through the icy waters of the Baltic Sea and help children – the Ronald McDonald Foundation in Poland will set up donations for children from oncology wards.

Winter Swimming World Championship 2026

One of the biggest events in winter swimming returns, and this time to Oulu, Finland. Swim the cold waters of Oulu river surrounded by hundreds of winter swimming enthusiasts from all around the world. For the first time in 12 years, the Championship is coming back to Finland. And it’s a double comeback – 20 years ago, when the International Winter Swimming Association was founded, the Championship was held in Oulu, Finland. Oulu returns to leave a mark in winter swimming history.
